Precinct Properties teamed up with Safety First in 2013 to ensure safer working environments for their tenant businesses. Safety First provides ongoing Management of Fire Evacuation Schemes in Precinct Properties, and offer Emergency Planning and Fire Evacuation training to tenant businesses.

When Safety First created the Health Safety Workplace division in 2015, Precinct Properties took advantage of having a ‘one-supplier’ safety solution and employed their services also to improve their tenants Health and Safety environments with sound advice on OS&H practices.
Safety First HSW provides and regularly updates the Hazard Registers for all Precinct properties in Wellington and Auckland since 2015. The HSW team also recently provided advice to Precinct Properties on early warning systems for an ammonia hazard, and created ammonia procedures and training systems for a property which handles the chemical.
